These directories include both the United States and Canada although, unlike the United states, Canadian Associations are not always local and state affiliations and instead may be a provincial Association. For those seeking to understand real estate beyond the United States and Canada, we’ve also included a Global Directory.
Association Directory Breakdown
Local Associations
Our ranked directory of Local Associations covers the local level REALTOR® Associations within the United States, its Territories, and Canada. When applicable, it displays the affiliated MLS serving the given Association.
State Associations
Our ranked directory of State Associations encompasses the State, Territory, and Provincial level REALTOR® Associations within the United States and Canada. There is only one “State” level association per State, Territory, or Province.
Global Directory
Our global association directory includes all real estate associations outside of the United States and its Territories. Real estate outside the U.S. varies significantly by region and is influenced by local regulations, market practices, and cultural norms.
