October was a month full of exciting initiatives and industry events. From the much-anticipated launch of MLSPropTech.com to incredible events like the RESO Fall Conference, October has been a month for the books. Here’s a look back at this month’s highlights and what’s next on the horizon for November.

MLSPropTech.com Official Launch

Our vision for MLSPropTech.com was to create a one-stop shop for industry intelligence, where industry stakeholders can make sense of an increasingly complex and ever-changing business environment. Read more about the launch here.

Directory News & Updates

MLSPropTech.com was created to provide a reliable and up-to-date snapshot of the industry. In addition to all the learning resources available, MLSPropTech.com is home to the most real-time and comprehensive directories of MLSs, Associations, PropTech companies, and APIs. The MLSPropTech.com directories remain the most reliable in the industry thanks to the open-source model used for the updating process. Welcoming continuous community updates ensures organizations are accurately represented and always up-to-date.

Innovator Networks

This month on the MLS Innovator Network we heard pitches from two PropTech companies with innovative solutions for the industry: Infinite Creator and Property Shield. November Meetings:

November’s MLS Innovator Network meeting is set for Wednesday, November 13 at 1 pm CST. This month, we will hear pitches from two innovative PropTech companies with exciting products to present to the network: RealtyServer Systems and Tether RE.

Highlights from RESO Fall Conference

RESO has always been a staple conference for us, and this year, we had a lot going on.

With the launch of the MLSPropTech.com brand, we were proud to host the MLSPropTech.com Innovation Showcase to highlight some of the industry's most forward-thinking brands. It was the perfect opportunity to introduce MLSPropTech.com and engage in some valuable conversations about the power of information. The team was also proud to join some incredible panel discussions during the conference, including conversations on PropTech Innovation, International Growth, and Rearchitecting Organized Real Estate.
