The MLS Innovator Network is an exclusive group of MLS & Association Executives who meet monthly to discuss the latest technology trends and hear pitches from two well-vetted PropTech companies. On January 8, 2025, the Network heard pitches from Nila June and Styldod.

Styldod presented its latest platform, Reimaginehome.ai, and announced it will soon launch as a member benefit within CRMLS. Nila June, presented by founder Greg Williams, is an AI-powered writing service transforming how real estate agents create property listing descriptions. Unlike traditional tools that prioritize speed over accuracy, Nila June delivers original, creative, and FHA-compliant descriptions tailored to the agent’s knowledge of the property. This approach avoids the pitfalls of generic, cliché-ridden, or non-compliant descriptions commonly produced by other models.

Williams highlighted how most property description generators rely on data collection and unvetted language models, forcing agents to act as prompt engineers and often producing risky, low-quality results. In contrast, Nila June begins with an efficient, responsive survey that captures key property details. This information is processed through a proprietary AI model specifically designed for real estate, producing polished, professional descriptions that require no additional editing.
