The MLS Innovator Network is an exclusive group of MLS & Association Executives who meet monthly to discuss the latest technology trends and hear pitches from two well-vetted PropTech companies. On July 17th, 2024, the Network heard pitches from two incredible PropTech companies: Pearl Certification and Highnote.

 

Company #1: Highnote

Highnote, led by founder Mark Choey, presented the advantages that Highnote gives brokers and their agents in winning more business through pre-listing, listing, and buyer presentation templates and resources. It also allows users to easily compile and customize videos, images, and documents in a single, professional package. Highnote was presented as a new and innovative way for MLSs to bring cutting-edge technology and tools to their membership through an innovative partnership with Highnote.
 

Company #2: Pearl Certification

Heather Elias, VP of Real Estate at Pearl Certification, showcased the company’s mission and value to the real estate industry. Pearl Certification enhances property value by certifying homes’ energy efficiency and sustainable features. Elias outlined a strategic partnership with MLS to integrate Pearl’s comprehensive dataset, enabling real estate professionals to effectively market a home’s energy efficiency directly through MLS listings. This collaboration aims to bring greater visibility and marketability to energy-efficient homes.

 

Member News & Updates

Ross Buck: Omni MLS connected with realtor.com/international to allow all active and pending listings from their members to be visible to consumers.

Paula Nash: NCRMLS grew their subscribers to over 19,000 by adding Savannah MLS, Classic MLS, and Realtors of Greater Augusta as owners.

Kelly Robinson: The MLS partnered with Sidekick to offer their AI platform as a member benefit. The MLS has also partnered with Staten Island MLS, and San Diego MLS to license the VestaPlus Checkmate compliance software.

Gregory Manship: BeachesMLS is upgrading their public/tax record software iMapp which will add additional data layers, map updates, and functionality upgrades.

Jim Yockel: Greater Rochester Association of Realtors launched a Learning Management System to their members that will allow them to complete all of their CE for license renewals via their in-house, on-demand, self-paced tool.
