The MLS Innovator Network is an exclusive group of MLS & Association Executives who meet monthly to discuss the latest technology trends and hear pitches from two well-vetted PropTech companies.
On April 9, 2025, the Network heard pitches from Ethica AI and DoSpace.
Company 1: Ethica AI
Ethica AI, presented by Co-Founder & CEO Ajay Shah and Chairman Judd Hoffman, introduced their solution for transforming property listings into highly engaging, AI-generated videos.
Ethica Videos are created from existing MLS photos and automatically transformed into animated listing videos with voiceovers, agent branding, and multilingual narration, all delivered within minutes. These videos are not basic slideshows: they feature AI-animated elements such as moving into a room or highlighting design details like fireplaces or staircases.
The company offers a free, MLS-compliant, non-branded version of the video for all agents, as well as a premium version available for $99 per listing, charged only after a successful closing. Voice cloning and multilingual support (currently available in 10 languages) are standout features that allow agents to reach a wider audience without additional effort.
Ethica also previewed a simple integration model for MLSs, with a checkbox feature directly from the MLS dashboard to auto-generate a free video or offer customization options. The company is actively inviting MLSs to participate in pilot programs to expand access and test the seamlessness of their onboarding process.
Company 2: DoSpace
DoSpace, presented by VP of Partnerships Lou Fortun and Founder & Owner Mason Milliken, showcased a two-part platform designed to create a richer buyer experience through immersive and interactive content.
Their first product, 360 Photo Cam, is a smartphone-based application that allows users to generate high-quality, 360-degree images in under 90 seconds—no special equipment required. With over 45,000 users and a new image submitted every two minutes, the app has gained strong organic traction. The tool is already available in the App Store and can be easily white-labeled by MLSs, offering a plug-and-play feature for agents to enrich listings or property tours.
The second product, DoSpace Studio, allows homebuyers to redesign a space in real time using real, shoppable products. By combining 360 imaging with visualization tools, users can virtually apply new flooring, wall colors, or furniture to rooms they’ve photographed, and can share these designs via text, email, or social media in just one click. Additionally, agents benefit from embedded branding and lead generation, with every shared design linking back to the originating agent and their preferred service providers.
